I have had the pleasure of working with some actual celebrities throughout the last few months. They are interested in moving into this area. Imagine that... You never know who is living nearby.

I just executed a contract with a founding member of the band Bon Jovi. Because he asked me not to, I will not go into the details right now. This deal is still very fresh, and I do not want to scare him away. However, he is planning to live right here in UCLA. How cool is that???

Also, a few months back, I was fortunate enough to work with the guy who wrote the famous disco song called "Turn the Beat Around." They to were interested in buying a home in our little golden town of Aynor, SC. What is going on here. Is Aynor going to be the next Beverly Hills or something??? lol.
